Our clients are very important to us and your satisfaction is key. We want you to have the absolute best possible shopping experience with us.
We are not product experts in general; or specifically on any item. However, we do our best to describe all items with accurate detail. We are happy to answer your questions to ensure your satisfaction.
RETURNS
At Classic Brass Lighting, we take pride in the exceptional quality and unique nature of our items. Due to their unique nature, they are sold as-is. We are not product experts in general; or specifically on any item. However, we do our best to describe all items with accurate detail.
A return will be accepted and refund issued only if the item was grossly misrepresented. In the event an item must be returned due to gross misrepresentation, you will be reimbursed the cost of the item; as long as the item is returned in the same condition as when you received it. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping charges.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@classicbrasslighting.com. We will review your request and promptly respond. Return requests must be received within 5 business days of product delivery date.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that returns that have been approved will need to be sent to the following address: Classic Brass Lighting, 707 Campino Dr., Cedar Park, TX 78613.
Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged merchandise.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at andy_mcguire@comcast.net.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
