These striking pieces feature an open-form base constructed from interlocking, fluidly curved solid wood ribs finished in a rich walnut stain. Crafted to evoke the natural movement of fire, the dramatic wooden silhouette wraps elegantly around a central polished brass support rod. Both lamps have been professionally re-wired. Their blend of organic textures and bold geometric lines makes them an excellent structural statement for high-end vintage interiors.\u003cbr\u003eThe Roller Lamp Company, based in the United States, was a notable mid-century manufacturer celebrated for treating home lighting as functional sculpture. Active throughout the 1960s, the company was a key part of the West Coast lighting movement, producing highly sought-after work alongside similar prominent makers of the era like Modeline of California and Bruce Industries. Roller Lamp Company pieces are recognized for this distinct \"Californian Modern\" aesthetic, which seamlessly integrated warm, natural woods with sleek metallic accents.
